Good to have/use
Good quality. The previous ones got black moldy and could not be cleaned so threw them out. This does the job intended.

These are great for removing my scleral contact lens. For HARD lenses, not soft.
I just found out I have keratoconus which causes my cornea to be very oddly shaped. No one could ever correct my vision in my left eye and no one knew why. Finally, I found an eye doctor who immediately knew what was going on. To correct this situation, I need a contact lens called a scleral or "big" lens. This is a hard, really big contact that covers the whole eye and part of the white of the eye. And BOY did it change my vision. I can see 20/15 now when before, I saw a blurry big E and that was it! The problem with these big lenses is that they're tricky to put in and take out. I briefly wore soft contacts and could just pinch them out of my eyes but that can't be done with this hard lens. The plunger is the only way I can remove the lens. It easy grasps onto my lens and allows me to remove it painlessly. It also holds onto the lens so it doesn't end up lost. These lenses are very, very expensive so I can't afford to lose the one I have. If you have soft contacts, this tool won't work well. These plungers are for hard contacts and they work like a charm. I like that these are each in their own little case. I carry one with me in my purse, another in my glove compartment, and one at home. They're simple but necessary for me to safely remove my lens. I got the three pack and the price was great. For me, these are absolute must haves. If you have hard contacts or scleral ones, these plungers will get the lenses out of your eyes fast, easily, and with no discomfort. They can be used to insert the lenses as well but I use a different tool for that.

Seems to work
I am 61 years old, and have been wearing hard contact lenses of one sort or another sing about 1965. While I've been exposed to the little plunger gizmos a few times over the years, I'd pretty much settled on the old pull the eye lid and blink method that my inadvertently racist grandmother referred to as "making Chines eyes". Be that as it may, over the past few years, pull and blink has resulted in contact lenses flying God knows where, and getting me in the Catch 22 situation of needing my contact lenses in order to find the missing contact lens. I tried these little suction cups on my right eye and then on my left. I seem to have messed up on the right eye in attempting to get it out, but it does come out fairly easily. The left eye was a breeze. If it works consistently, I may save $200 a year in replacement contact lenses.

Nice quality tiny suction cups
I use these for removing my hard contact lenses. They work great for that -- I think that is what they are made for -- and are easy to wash keep clean. They are ESPECIALLY useful for removing contacts where you are apt to drop them -- like outside in the wind or an an airplane or whatever :) They came ten in a box, each in a little plastic tube. Since they are bright orange, they are a bit harder to lose. And they are cheap enough that I can put one anywhere it will be handy. Overall, an easy 5-stars -- if I ever need more, I will reorder the same thing. Thanks for reading!

The ones in 2020 were great. Bought some in Jan 2026. They don't work. None - at all.
If I could give a zero star, I would. I bought some of these in 2020. They were great. They lasted a long time. I have lost them along the way and decided to order more. I bought these in Jan 2026. These are horrible! I had a rigid gas permeable (hard) contact slip off. I could not get my contact out with ANY in the package. I wish I had tested these before needing them.
