Canvas Backpack - Vintage Military Rucksack Travel Dayack, Green

I would like to start off by pointing out this is a heavy duty backpack. Its light weight but the material is heavy duty. It has pockets inside, which is awesome for me. It could be used for literally everything. Perfect size for a weekend bag or a carry on. Literally anything you need it for. I'll be using mine for a diaper bag. Super great quality. I will be recommending this to family and friends.

I'd definitely recommend. Super functional, and seems pretty durable. Once I just straight up tumbled it down a steep part of a hike because my pack was heavy and making me be off balance. Just dusted right off and took it like a champ. It expands really big and can cinch down to a more normal sized backpack. The pockets are useful, and the zipper compartment it really useful.

I have a few of their bags and I absolutely love them all. Great price point for genuine leather fastenings. Will always recommend!

It’s such a great quality backpack but I am SO disapointed at the colour. I chose this backpack over other canvas backpacks and many others from Gootium because of the lovely sage green colour. The colour I received is an army khaki colour which I do not like at all personally. Nothing like the photo and in fact nothing like the pictures of what others received. I am happy to change my review if I can have it swapped out, but given that it was the reason I chose the bag I can only give two stars.

Nice looking, well made bag. Personally, I’m not crazy about the leather straps being attached with snap buttons or the brass rivets which you can’t see clearly in the picture, but it’s a nice canvas ruck sack. Feels substantial and high quality.

From my hubby: So I asked the Mrs for a rucksack for Christmas and she got me this Gootium. Well we fully tested it out this afternoon with a hike up the forest. All I can say is if your look for a sturdy light weight well made rucksack then look no further. It’s so well made and yet incredibly light. Inside it has 3 interior pockets, one of which can also be accessed by the zip on the side so it’s perfect to hold a drinks bottle/flask with easy access. My other favourite feature is the two straps on the other side panel, you can adjust the straps to carry anything so we used it to carry our picnic blanket. The shoulder straps are nice and wide and feel padded which makes it very comfy on your back. I’d definitely recommend this bag for adventures and everyday life, I absolutely love mine. Will add photos of our adventures.

Brass riveted, thick leather straps, draw string closure, nice fabric, soft, strong, good quality materials, you can tell it will last. Internal pockets. Handy zip. Good for lots of big books.

This is a very good quality item,the materials and manufacture are first class..it's rare that the product exceeds your expectation. I'm thrilled with it.
