Comes with no dimmer.
No one can tell the difference. Only difference is that while I open and shut my doors.. my “orig mirror" puddle light dims off, and the replacement one just cuts off after a few seconds. I needed one in a hurry because it was winter time and my right side mirror blackened out from winter use of the auto heated mirror.So we get what we have here today.

Slight road travel vibration
Only issue I disliked was the mirror has somewhat of a vibration from road travel. Not sure why, but my previous OEM mirror didn’t vibrate like the new replacement mirror.Not a show stopper from buying, but noticeable from a perfectionist. LolGreat quality otherwise.

Fits 2010 Ram 1500 4x4
Fit my 2010 Ram 1500 perfectly, all functions work: turn signal, puddle light, heater, adjustments, etc. Very happy., same as original mirror.
