What are the ingredients? I see it says vegan but it doesn’t list specifics.

To be honest I could not say if these were vegan.. I didn’t closely look at ingredients... but they did not make me itch like previous bath bomb soaks do.. it also doesn’t get as sudzzy.. but that’s to be expected when there’s no sulfates to make all those fun bubbles. I suggest putting them in when the faucet is still running. Then you get bubbles! I would suggest smelled great!

Can you use them in the shower too?

I wouldn't recommend using them in the shower. The bombs will melt and go down the drain. Using them in the tub is awesome. They melt as the water fills. Lovely aroma and softens skin as you soak.

Do they color the bath or leave a residue?

Color yes, residue, not that I have seen. But I take a cup full of water and rinse the walls of the tub
