Excellent product!
First use as five the number of years ago. I was glad to find the one I ordered through Amazon It was the genuine article! We just moved to an area with lots of mosquitoes and biting gnats. This gel really reduced the swelling and eliminated almost all of the itching and the ache (from one really big bite). The gel also has a cooling effect. For me, it was also mild enough to use MANY times throughout the day. Bites that I applied the gel to five or six times a day — including a big bite on on my face, healed within one to two days, vs three or four for the ones before I got it (longer if I forgot and scratched or rubbed). For the big bite on my face (cheek) there was a little bit of a burning sensation when I applied the second time, after only about ten minutes from the first application. But this went away, and subsequent applications only felt (the usual) calming. It healed as quickly as the others. Esp if you tend to get bitten a lot, or have bad reactions this gel is “a life-saver”!

Saving salve
A truly excellent product. Works on most types of bug bites and skin inflammation due to insects. Our family uses it in both Savannah Georgia and deep woods in Maine. Instantaneous relief from irritation. Wonderful citronella smell. A superior product overall.

Great product for bug bites.
Every biting bug in a 10 mile radius will find me. This product is worth it's weight in gold. I use it on mosquito bites, fire ant bites, spider bites and any other bug bite that finds me. It really stops the itch and helps the bite to go away faster.

Almost all pure ingredients
SsstingStop is among the best product to sooth itching insect bites with effective homeopathic ingredients, and I would have given 5 stars if the manufacturers had left out carbomer, which ingredient is on the harmful for humans Black List in the Saffron Rouge Standard. If you care what you put into or onto your body, I recommend consulting the Saffron Rouge Standard about ingredients.
