Very good magnet belt . I'm impressed. Got Large and I'm medium and it goes well with me. Has an extra belt that tightens waist.and it reaches low back (It's a plus for me.) Magnets placed in right position . They really get warm. It has helped me with back pain. Of course i also went to see my Dr. Will be getting MRI .

I loved the great support and the subtle warmth experienced with wear. However, let the buyer be aware the Velcro band is not secure and very easily comes apart. It had to be constantly refastened which was and is annoying. There have been many times it unsuspectingly just dropped to the ground from underneath my clothes.

I have had this now for about 6 weeks and I really like it when my low back starts to hurt. I put this on and within 30 minutes my back feels so much better. It is also nice to wear when outside doing yard work. My only issue is that it is not comfortable wearing right next to the skin. It moves alot and during the warmer months, it causes alot of sweat. It fits really well for me directly on the skin, but when I need to wear it over my clothing, it is now quite tight and I wish I had the next larger size. My pain is lower back and this is a bit hard to get comfortable on the lower back as it slips upward and then is not resting on my pain. I do believe it is better designed for to fit a bit higher than I need it.

Bought it a size smaller than I am because my size was not available, and still did the job wanted. Satisfied!

My husband has had 2 failed Spine surgeries that have caused horrendous constant pain with numbness at the same time. I was really leery of spending this much money on yet another pain device. My husband wears this daily. He is very glad I bought it. It does help a lot with the pain. It doesn't completely take it away but it does help him. He recently fell and twisted his knee. It ballooned up to twice the size of the good knee. He wrapped the back brace around his knee and he had immediate relief from the pain and the swelling went down within a couple hours so then he took the brace off and it ballooned up again so he put the brace on it again and alternated with it for a few days and by day 3 his knee was fine. He is now a believer in medical grade magnets.

The magnet belt is great - durable- pocket of ice or hot pack- but I ordered a large and it’s too tight - I unwrapped, washed and used it - not sure about return policy- will probably order an XL and give this to a friend - belt will not wear out like other brands (I have found cloth after washing repeatedly, wears out where magnets are, so they fall out) -

UPDATE: I planned to return this but my husband couldn't find any back brace that have him as much relief as this did so I sewed the Velcro back on myself and he's very happy. Still.... Should be made so as not to tear. My husband was so happy with this because it really relieved a lot of his pain and allowed him to function. It fit him well but by the end of the first day a necessary part of the Velcro had torn almost completely off. The magnets seem reasonably strong compared to a different belt I bought for him. I would have given this 5 stars if not for the poor construction.

My wife and I have successfully used Magnotherapy products since the late 90s. I was even a distributor and promoter of the early Bioflow versions of this technology, when most people were skeptical of its power. This belt is quite effective at directly targeting aches and pains in the back. We have the medium size. However if your waist measurement is more than 32" you may need the larger version.

So helpful in relieving back pain!

I am not new to Magnetic Belts and this one is certainly an improvement on my last in terms of both magnets strength and overall area covered by belt . I am a size 30 inch at the waist and I ordered the ''Medium'' size. It fitted fine with enough required overlapping space for the velcro to mesh . However it states on the packaging that medium should is the size for 32" - 34" however it appears to me than anything over 31" you would be better off purchasing the Large size.

I don't know if the magnets actually do anything but the belt is very well made and provides excellent lower back support

I had a different belt before that worked but I don't know if the tension of this belt is too much or my injury is too severe to wear it. If they want to improve on it they should make the main velcro belt a little longer to fit a 36 inch waist without having to tension it so much.
