From the very first bite, it was clear that these dumplings were made with high-quality ingredients. The dough had the perfect texture—just the right balance between chewy and tender, not too thick or too thin. When pan-fried, it developed a beautifully crisp bottom while maintaining its soft, pillowy top. Steaming the dumplings created a slightly different, but equally satisfying, experience. The wrapper stayed silky smooth and pliable, making each bite melt in your mouth. But the real star was the filling. These dumplings came in a variety of flavors, each one offering something unique, yet consistently delicious. I tried the pork and cabbage, chicken and mushroom, and vegetable varieties. The pork dumplings were succulent and savory, seasoned with just the right amount of ginger and garlic. The chicken and mushroom dumplings had an earthy richness, perfectly complemented by a slight hint of soy and sesame oil. And the vegetable dumplings were anything but an afterthought—packed with fresh-tasting, finely chopped greens and tofu, they were hearty without feeling heavy. One thing that stood out across all the varieties was how well-balanced the flavors were. None of the dumplings were overly salty or greasy, which can sometimes be an issue with frozen food. They tasted fresh, as if I had just ordered them from a high-quality restaurant.

i normally buy itsu prawn gyoza as i really enjoy them but these ones have the edge. these have such an amazing flavor and go fantastically with ramen or even on their own! great sized family pack!

Will not purchase from a chinese take-away now by time these are steamed your order would be placed but these are great value, cheap, exacy the same, serve 6-8 people. Great value and quality.
