Works great for me! They are easy to swallow for me, and I don’t have any taste, no burps, nothing. It has aided in dry skin issues this coming winter as the air indoors gets more dry. I’ve been using this for about a year now and never had any issues.

OK. Definitely burpless, though my numbers reflected that Res-Q 1250 works a lot more effectively than these.

Best supplement I have tried!

I'm not a fish eater. I bought this product to supplement my aversion to seafood. Provides omega 3s and rounds out my supplement diet. Product is well made, is well encapsulated so that you don't taste any of thr fish oil, and shelf life seems to be very stable. Very good product.

It really is burpless!

I had been on bed rest for over a week with sciatica pain even when taking Tylenol. I start taking the higher dose of this : 2 pills once a day and I am out of bed and cleaning! I still have a limp and some muscle tightness but, since taking this, I am not stuck or barely moving and I am still taking Tylenol but not as often after only day 3 of this supplement! I am looking forward to the end of the week at this rate and btw, this is my first time with a sciatica injury - even the urgent care doc meds (steroid shot and shot of pain meds) didn't have me like this on day 3! I am still on bed rest but at least I can actually rest rather than Rolling around and trying to get comfortable or out of a painful position. Omegas are supposed to help with inflammation and nerve health! Good stuff and would buy again!
