What is the difference between this pen and Pilot V5?

The pilot v5 has got more ink flow whereas this gives very fine weighting

how many pages one pen can write? I want to buy it 4 Exams ..plzz tell..

30+ pages as per me. Then I refill it to maintain the flow. If you have not practised writing with this pen before, then don't try it in exam itself. I have been using this pen for 1 year and I can speedily and smoothly write in exam. At first, I had to compromise with my writing speed.
