Honestly, I was blown away. I did notice a difference in my energy levels when taking this fulvic acid. I haven't been taking it recently on the ketogenic diet, I plan on doing some soon, but it's a supplement you can take less than once a week or once a month and benefit from. Definitely worth the price. Pros: affordable, works, great energy, rare mineral the human body needs and can't get easily! Cons: None really. It's another thing to take. There are about 30 doses, so it's about a dollar a shot. Totally worth it.
