actually good tasting and easy to prepare.

This is such a delicious grain. I love the texture and the nutty flavor. Reminds me of pearl barley and is pretty much interchangeable in recipes. I made a Mediterranean style salad with it and it was perfect for that. If you like barley, you’ll enjoy sorghum grain.
