Avylet Dash Cam 2K, WiFi Dashcams with APP, External GPS, 1.5'' IPS Screen

Cracking little camera. It’s really small sits in the palm of my small hand but don’t be put off the actual picture quality is absolutely brilliant it’s like taking phone / camera pictures as clear as a bell I’m amazed to be fair, the setting up is easy the booklet also very easy to understand not in double Dutch for a change..I did have problems to start with on my Google Pixel 6 using my Vodafone Data to connect to the Avylet App said not connected /disconnected when I knew it wasn’t as Google and WhatsApp were working fine it was a pain to start for a few hours trying until I put Data AND WiFi on together it worked perfect 🤷🏼‍♀️ it then only took a couple of mins to set up, Very easy and no problems connecting to my iPad Air….I like the fact that settings are all at the front and not the sides like most it’s so much easier and it’s certainly not rocket science to set your preferences all in all it’s really worth buying one of these and it’s inconspicuous really as it’s so small and cute…The only let down is it doesn’t have an SD card 🤦🏼‍♀️ which is a shame as they’re so expensive today. So I got one on you know who bay £11 SanDisk 128GB U3 as it’s a high resolution camera with large files booklet says to buy a high quality card reader 64GB to maximum128GB….And it measures just shy of 2inches…I’m so glad I bought this one as the previous one last week I sent back I didn’t have a 9 year old or a degree wouldn’t connect to the App at all and the book was, well written by an Alien ..

I bought this dash cam from a neighbour's recommendation to replace one which I wasn't happy with.The clincher for me was the picture quality and being able to connect and replay footage from my phone. My neighbour showed me real footage from a parking collision which he was able to successfully use for an insurance claim and police report, and the quality is incredible for the price.It's easy to fit and use, and can tuck alongside your mirror without any issues.I paid £32 for it, but even at £40 it's money well spent and beats the big name products hands down.You will need to buy an SD card, but that's the same with all dash cams.Highly recommended.

Excellent camera producing high quality video. Easy to connect the app and view saved clips. Be aware that the connection is usb c rather than mini usb as pictured, I needed an adapter to fit mine to an existing hardwire kit in my car.

This is a great little camera. It is so small and discreet it hides away nicely behind the rear view mirror. Set up was easy and I had no problem connecting to my iPad. The download of each video is quite slow but so much more convenient than having to remove a small SD card to view in a computer like my last one. My main decision to buy this camera is it had a capacitor rather than a battery to retain date and settings.My last camera was destroyed in the last heat wave when the battery bulged and lifted off the front of the camera. From what I understand a capacitor is safer than a volatile lithium ion battery in high temperatures. Hopefully this little gem will be safer now our summers seem to be getting increasingly prolonged and hotter.

Excellent piece of kitReally good value for money. Have been running 3 dash cams for over 6 months not one glitch or malfunction. Needed to move one camera to a new vehicle so conacted Avylet who immediately posted out a replacement window attachment at no cost. Customer service brilliant, dashcam footage really clear for such an inexpensive item, no need to spend £100's of pounds.

Have been using for almost a year now and have had zero complaints so far. It is nice and little so can be tucked away behind the mirror and the included clips make it easy to neaten up the cable. It is always recording so you will never miss if anything happens and you can easily lock clips which save to a separate folder when connected to a computer making it easy to find important video clips. The app can be a bit slow sometimes so I would just recommend to connect it directly to a computer.

Rubbish.I spent hours following directions to connect the app on my I phone.No support ( although it tells you it has it to help you)I would love the makers to contact me and explain how the app ( which is the current app) will connect with my phone and dash cam.It just continually searches and I cannot proceed past (connect to wi-fi) on the App set-up to see any footage on my phone.All other reviews saying it has an easy set up must either use an I phone with this , or being inaccurate.I got this to take on holiday with a car hire.Useless.

Great little camera! It has a very good quality picture and it’s small enough to not be a distraction. The lead got broken and the company were very nice in sending me a new one.Would highly recommend

Devo dire che sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto da questa dash cam. Per il prezzo che ha registra molto bene, l’immagine è nitida sia di giorno che la sera e la qualità 2K si nota parecchio, soprattutto nelle targhe e nei dettagli della strada. Anche il grandangolo è ottimo perchè prende bene tutta la carreggiata.L’app funziona senza problemi e collegare il telefono è stato più semplice di quanto pensassi. Mi piace anche il fatto che sia molto piccola e discreta, praticamente dietro lo specchietto quasi non si vede.Io non ho preso ne l’adattatore per il parcheggio ne il modulo GPS quindi non posso parlare di quelle funzioni, però è comunque bello che ci siano per chi vuole una configurazione più completa.Complimenti davvero a chi l’ha progettata, si vede che è stata pensata bene e senza complicazioni inutili. Installazione semplice e prodotto che da subito una bella sensazione di qualità 👍

This dash cam was easy to install with the electrostatic sticker (which would make it easier for removing the dash cam mount later if necessary). It was easy to set-up as it guided me through the process when I first plugged it in to 12V. The dash cam itself figured out that my 128 GB SD card needed to be reformatted and automatically reformatted it successfully.There are 4 small buttons along the bottom edge of the dash cam that correspond to the display icons above the buttons at the bottom of the little screen. The screen icons are often NOT necessarily the same icons physically printed on the buttons themselves. Also you MUST read the instructions as some of the button functions are often different than even the icons shown on the little screen. For example, to playback recordings on the dash cam’s little screen, you must hit the white square button on the right to stop recording (that’s intuitive) but then you must LONG HOLD PRESS the WiFi button (second from the left) to enter PLAYBACK mode where you can view the recorded videos on the dash cam’s small screen. Never would have guessed this without reading the well written instructions, which come in a very small booklet that I keep in my glovebox. For easier reading (bigger font), instructions can also be downloaded from the Avylet website, I keep a PDF of it for reference on my computer. Read carefully as some functions use only a short press of the button while other functions of that same button require a long press and the icon on the screen is only for the short press. Once you get the hang of that it’s pretty easy to preview and play back on the little screen, and delete any you don’t want to keep, which for me is easier than using my phone.Inserting and removing my SD card was easy without needing to remove the dash cam from its mount. Recorded images on the SD card look pretty good on my big computer screen. In the recorded videos I can read license plates on cars in front of me when I’m driving in slower city traffic, but the plates get blurry at longer highway distances, which is not unexpected. Most likely I will only need to capture a license plate if someone causes an accident right in front of my car and this camera is inexpensive insurance for that (like someone running a red light while I’m completing a left hand turn, or someone running a stop sign at a cross street, etc.).Bottom line, this little camera gets the job done, and the price was nice too!

Les plaques d'immatriculation et détails restent lisibles même en conditions de faible luminosité grâce au capteur performant. L'installation est simple et rapide, et le format compact se fait discret derrière le rétroviseur. La détection de chocs en mode parking et la boucle d'enregistrement fonctionnent parfaitement. L'écran intégré permet de visionner facilement les séquences sans passer par un téléphone. Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour sécuriser ses trajets au quotidien. Je recommande sans hésiter.
