I have been using this product for over a year now and can tell the difference whenever I do not take them. I feel a boost in energy and it seems to. work well during cold and flu seasons. Morning enegry in usually pretty amped. I love this product, and have recommended to my family.

Love, Love, Love, these vitamins. I only gave it 4 stars because I wish it came with more in a bottle and it's pricey. With that being said, I feel great when taking these. It has so many health benefits and you can feel the boost of energy. I'm not as tired throughout the day and I will continuing taking these. Sea Moss and blackseed oil along with the other ingredients are a staple for good health.

I take this at night and I wake up with so much energy. Caution, if you take in the morning, you will have energy when you want to go to sleep. I love this product so much!! It’s not an overnight fix, took about 3 weeks to get full effects. When you first start you may get bloating and other detox symptoms. However, those pass. It’s worth it to get the junk out of you and on your way to feeling better.

I started taking these supplements 02-01. At first I took one in the morning and one at night because it's something new and I didn't want to overwhelm my system. After a few days I started taking them 2 at a time as per serving size. At first everything was fine but I started getting irritable and frustrated. I was able to manage that for a while but then I started avoiding my family, not saying I love you back, not wanting to be touched. I was internally shutting down and hating the person I suddenly was. I knew something was wrong and 02-13 I stopped using this supplement as it was the only new thing in my life. Today, 02-15, I feel SOOO much better, so much more myself. I would have to say that the supplements are probably of good quality to have affected me so much and so fast - they're just not the right thing for me personally. Always pay attention to YOU when you start a new medication or supplement.

These are a must have! I am not being paid to promote this by the way but I am a living witness that this does what it says it will do. When I was fasting and losing nutrients and important minerals, my teeth started getting sensitive and weak. As soon as I took my dose of this supplement, my sensitivity was gone the next day. I felt renewed. I only take them in spurts when I need to and not on a daily basis and they give me exactly what I need or am lacking in my diet since I don't eat a lot.
