Pool Cleaning Made Effortless—This Little Robot is a Game Changer!
I didn’t know pool cleaning could be this easy until I got the AIPER Scuba S1. This cordless robotic cleaner is a total win—it works great, is super intuitive to use, and has completely changed how we maintain our pool. Setup was a breeze. Just drop it in, press a button, and let it do its thing. It navigates the pool like it has a mind of its own, scrubbing the floor and walls with impressive precision. No cords to tangle, no complicated programming—just clean water and peace of mind. It’s surprisingly quiet, and watching it glide around is oddly satisfying. Plus, the battery life is solid, and it recharges quickly. I love that I don’t have to babysit it or wrestle with hoses anymore. Pros: Truly cordless—no hassle with cables Easy to operate right out of the box Cleans thoroughly and efficiently Saves time and effort Sleek design and quiet operation Cons: You may start bragging about your pool robot to guests 😄 If you’re tired of manual cleaning or unreliable pool vacuums, the Scuba S1 is absolutely worth it. It’s like having a tiny underwater butler who never complains!

Doesn’t do All pool areas. The parts it does are done well.
I really debated with this machine, I have a concave 4 foot to 8 foot pool. It does kind of well. I thought about returning it. I just got rid of my screened in area, and now have fences up around my pool.( my cage broke and was in my pool!) this does kind of pick up the debris well, it’s kind of random where it goes. I’m getting more sand in my pool without the Screening. So, I decided to keep it so that some of the sand is not filtering through my system. I think it does a good enough job for the price paid, to keep it. It does run about four hours on one charge, which is phenomenal. But as I said, it’s random where it goes. I know my pool looks green but it’s not. I get the reflection off my neighbors trees. Update…. This stopped charging!!!! Complete waste of money!!!

Excellent performance and affordable
Great little unit. It works very well to clean the bottom and sides of the pool. We're very happy with the battery life - about 3 hours - and how quickly it re-charges. It is very simple to put in and take out of the pool. The catch basket holds a good deal of leaves and debris and is very easy to empty. Small issues with the cleaning patterns not covering the entire bottom so we can see the clean vs dirty areas - but daily vacuum sessions eventually get all the areas. When it is in bottom only mode (not walls) it doesnt have the clinging power to get itself out of our steep-sided deep end. But it does an excellent job for the price.

Overall Pretty Impressed
I've been through a a few corded pool robots over the last 6 years. The never seen to last longer than ~2 years. I've tried a cordless before and it wasn't adequate for my pool (40,000 gallon, up to 8 feet deep). I decided to try again. Overall, I'm happy with the choice, but it leaves me wanting more and excited for the next generation of wireless pool cleaners. It is good value for the money relative to other products though. It does work well. Auction is good.It picks up all the dirt, leaves, algae, tiny pebbles that is passed over. It climbs walls effortlessly, but does not climb my stairs. When I use the full cycle (no wall) it does clean my entire pool bottom in one run, most of the time. Occasionally, it would miss a leave or two. In wall and floor setting, it usually misses a little more. The 3 45-minute cleaning setting in a week is a nice feature, but each cycle is never enough to actually clean thoroughly. This leaves me pining for more settings. How about an 1:15, twice a week? EEtc. It cleans the attached hot tub (waterfalls to pool) easily.. I usually just use the 45 minute mode, drop it in, then use the rest of the battery on a full mode in the main pool. The filter basket is very easy to clean. Zero complaints there. Now where it loses a star and maybe should be two: getting it out of the pool. It's a major pain when it decides to stop or does in the far end of the deep side. I have a wall ledge on one side of my pool, it's not easy to walk to that side and use a 10 foot stick to fish it out while standing on a ledge. I opt for the 16 or 24 foot stick from across the entire pool... And to make it more challenging, the hole on the robot where the fish stick must attach in order to succeed: it's black, just like the rest of the robot. Why could the hole that you are trying to target from 20 feet away not be a more contrasting color? It's hard. To make matter worse: the pool robot is a very easily scratched gloss plastic. So every time you miss the hole with the stick, you put a new scratch on it. See my attached picture, the robot is covered in scratches. Other small complaints: It doesn't climb my stairs at all. I need to brush my three pool width stairs to to the bottom of the pool prior to vacuuming if I want that stuff vacuumed. The rubber plug that sticks into the charging port routinely comes unplugged while it's vacuuming. It's attached the unit, so no worries if it getting lost. Just hopefully, there is not water entering through the port that would cause the unit to prematurely fail. I may update if and when the unit eventually fails. I suspect it will last longer than one year and less than two years. I suggest considering purchasing an additional warranty if you are into those kind of things. Conclusion: Good for the money. Cleans well. Has some minor quarks. Fishing it out of the pool may be a deal breaker to some (but that applies to all wireless units - minus the poor choice of colors here).

Great for in ground pool even if you have a liner
I use this thing everyday living is texas its always dusty! So I would recommend getting the basket that filters better smaller particles. As soon as I can i want to get the new x1 pro. Last about 2 hours I have a 32k gallon pool so sometimes I use it twice in a day. My wife can put it in the pool so not to heavy. Basket holds about 2 liters worth. I use it on my inground pool it had a liner and it is safe to use on it

Works OK but needs better basket for getting fine particles
I gave this3 stars because it has some good attributes. I read the reviews before I bought it, but I missed the part about the Filter not working on fines like sand. I have run it every day (7) since I got it. The main problem is it throws fine dirt straight thru and looks like a diesel blowing smoke it times. The pool filter doesn't take the fines out of the water. I was replacing a Dolphin DX3 that had worked well but quit working right after 4 years. Other than not trapping the finer particles it does a fair job of cleaning the pool. Though it of missed some areas, I can deal with that. I see one review suggesting putting aquarium filter cloth in the basket. Guess I'll try that next. The battery lasts a little over 2 hours. Always docks in the deep end when it dies. It also easily wheelies which causes it to not pick up dirt at times.
