Description

This is a custom made, reusable, refillable, bait launcher / casting cannon, for surf bait casting, Inlet, ocean, or river fishing. It is only about 40" over all, and features a shatterproof, aluminum chamber, and a non-PVC, fiber reinforced valve. Since there are no PVC or brittle plastic used for pressure holding parts, these launchers normally get approval for use on public land and beaches, where homemade, PVC launchers will not. Assembled and tested by Airsmiths in Ohio. This launcher has a 2" dia. barrel, that fits the entire bait rig. You can make frozen bait rigs in advance, that never come off the hook while casting, and draw in fish as they thaw, within minutes. This launcher exists because of the demand from fishermen that are handicapped, children, or when you just don't have clearance for huge casting rods. Maximum range is 150 yards, typical range is 100-125 yards, (depending on line test and wind) with 6 oz frozen bait slugs pulling your line. Solid brass tire type fill nipple, Easy to see 0-160 PSI gauge, A.S.M.E. 150 PSI Safety pop-off. Lighter than PVC, yet much stronger and safer. Less volume, yet can safely handle higher pressures!
