I’ve been using this magnesium glycinate for a while now and it’s become part of my nightly routine. It’s gentle on my stomach and helps me relax without feeling groggy the next day. Pros It really helps me sleep and prevents muscle cramps. It’s inexpensive. The company reports that their products are third party tested. One bottle has 60 servings which should last 60 days if taken once per day. The product is chelated which usually helps with absorption. Lastly, the company reports using good manufacturing practices to ensure quality and safety. Cons the only reason I gave it a 4 is because the serving size is 2 capsules. I would give this a 5 if the serving size was one capsule.

As a nurse, I have been trying to find something more natural to take for sleep since recent studies about melatonin. This actually works better than melatonin. I fall asleep faster, stay asleep, don’t have weird dreams and I don’t wake up groggy. Ver surprised by this. I only use this when I have work the next day so it’s a big win for me. Also, you will stay more “regular” if you have that problem, which nowadays most people do. Nothing drastic just a normal movement daily

I bought this thinking it was magnesium citrate but I am not mad! This has improved my sleep and quality tremendously !! My mood has improved as well!!
