Really Works to reduce Swelling
This is nothing short of miraculous! it was recommended to me by a masseuse that I use on my ankles which were always swollen to large proportions. They said if I used it for two weeks, I would see a difference and they would go down and they were right my ankles are back to their normal size and not swelling as they did before I use this every evening before I go to bed I take the time to massage my ankles, and it has definitely had an effect on my lymphatic system and improved my ankles greatly

Arrive as expected
It was recommended for my scar tissue and I got it yesterday to start. I will update in a month on the progress. It’s a bit small but hope it last the whole month.

Very good product
Smooth, easy to glide on. I’ve been using Poke to help get rid of my fibroids. Happy to support a small business. I wish the tin weren’t so tiny. It’s not that convenient to open and close. But it’s a lot in there and it lasts a while. Here’s to healing and healthy lymph function!

Great Buy.
I've been using this on my navel at night. Helps with regular bowel movements. Also good for extra dry skin. Doesn't smell good so my advice would be to wear it before bed.

Hard to open
Love the product, but I literally cannot get the jar open 50 percent of the time. It is small and hard to grasp the bottom while also twisting the top off.
