Great ball
This is my German Shepherd's favourite ball. It is just the right size and easy for her to carry around. The 2 handles make it great for playing tug and easy to throw. I have 2 of them so I can leave one in the car and she did destroy the squeak on both within 24 hours but that is not a bad thing!!! The balls themselves are going strong. I would definitely recommend.

Best toy so far….
Ordered this for my 2 year old Springer Spaniel. He’s a compulsive chewer and destroys everything, we’ve had this three days now and fingers crossed it’s still in one piece but most importantly he loves it. It’s got handles on so we can play tug of war, it squeaks, it has a ball inside so it makes a rumbling noise and it keeps him occupied for ages. Definitely recommend and I’m sure my dog would too. Best thing I’ve bought he so far.

Brilliant sturdy ball
Brilliant toy that my border terrier loves. Purchased the large size which is very light but strong. Would recommend

A sturdy toy for bigger dogs
Good and sturdy, great for larger dogs but a little heavy and cumbersome for the Collie it was bought for, little bounce and heavy so better for kicking than throwing maybe as it could pack quite a clout if it hit your dog or a child! it has a large squeaker of which it will be interesting to see how long that lasts as having bought many different Kong balls (my dog loves fetching and squeaking them) sadly on most the squeaker fell out or stopped working sometimes after only an hour or so. All that said this is a very durable and strong toy, good for tug of war games with the cleverly incorporated 'handles' and generally another winner as far as my dog is concerned although he still chooses to play with the lighter throwable varieties.

Best dog toy I’ve bought in a while, my 8 month old Doberman girl absolutely loves this ball

Absolutely loved by our dog!
This toy drives our dog absolutely bonkers - he loves it, I don't know if it's the tennis ball stuck inside or the fact that it has handles (which he can get his choppers around - flat faced breed problems!) but it will keep him entertained for hours. I would say it's not quite as durable as other Kong branded toys - his teeth have done quite a number on the handles and he doesn't have overly sharp teeth, so a breed with stronger jaws and more teeth might well be able to chew through them. The only downside is that it's *just* small enough to fit under the TV unit, and he's too much of a scaredy cat to get under there to get it!

Small ball can come out and become a choking risk in bigger dogs.
I first purchased one of these ball in 2018, it was a purple one and was very durable. It lasted for quite a number of months of play with my dog, she never had access to this ball unsupervised. Since then I have purchased 4 of these Kong balls from different suppliers and on every occasion have been sent a red one. I do not know if it is the batch of these balls or a change in the manufacturing but every one has failed after 3-4 play times. This most recent one lasted 3 play times before the seal where the squeaky valve is inserted and the inner ball is presumably inserted come apart. My dog is still able to play with the ball but it’s disappointing that the Kong brand name that is synonymous with durability in dog toys is failing in this manner. The greatest concern is that the small thick skinned ball that is in the centre actually comes out once the seal has fallen out and it is far too small for my dog and there is therefore a risk of my dog choking if I do not move quickly to stop her chewing it. My dog loves this ball, even in its broken condition but having to purchase a new one every few weeks is not a viable proposition. UPDATE: November 2020 Despite my reservations I bought another one of these this month as my dog simply loves playing with them. The condition shown above is after 2 x 30min play sessions. When I say play I do not mean I simply let her have the ball to chew, it means I thrown it, kick it etc, she chases, chews for a minute or so and releases on command...and off we go again. It’s clearly the seal that is inferior ( it stopped squeezing after 5 mins but that’s not important) now my dog has full access to chew the ball and this will gradually become a gaping hole with her eating the odd bit or two. KONG please address this inferior sealing process. Or here’s an idea, don’t bother putting a small ball inside at all, perhaps then you wont need the seal....or is that technically too difficult? We will get around a month of play out of this ball now and my dog has no conception that the ball is broken....why would she, she’s having a great time!!

Was a shame when it arrived that it was much bigger than stated or how it looks in the photo. Way to big for my dog. Supposed to work for small dogs the one I bought but I can’t agree! Would be a great buy for someone with a bigger dog, I think they would really enjoy it!

My pet simply loves it. He is very much possessive about it. The small ball inside keeps my pet engaged.

Ma chienne se l'est appropriée immédiatement et a été la cacher dans le jardin. Elle protège âprement sa cachette de nos autres chiens ! 😂
