Great therapy tool!
I love how thick the cards are and have lasted a long time with lots of handling! Great visual tool to help kids with expression, emotion, and verbalization.

Got this for my child therapy practice and then bought another for my grandkids.
This multi-option card game is delightful and effective. The illustrations and ideas behind its creation are well thought out. As a therapist, I am finding many ways to use it. The cards easily expand a child's emotional vocabulary beyond happy, mad, sad, etc. I do not have access to my clients in everyday life to help them label an emotion in the moment, so the Social Situation cards help us imagine, and talk about a similar experience. Self-awareness of emotions and the verbal expression of thoughts that go with them provide kids with an alternative to acting out the frustration that accompanies an inability to find the words. I also sent a deck to my grandsons. Any parent who plays with these to teach their kids will have the same vocabulary and know to encourage it’s use. Great contribution! Kids...for Kids
These cards are made of sturdy cardstock, nicely illustrated with images of small children acting out each feeling/behavior that kids in my K-1 classroom enjoy playing. They are epecially good for kids on the spectrum who need visual cues and they are also perfect for the general population as well. It prompts thought and conversation about each scenario card being played. It's a simple deck of playing cards with positive behavioural outcomes.

Great for preschoolers learning about feelings
A little expensive for a deck of cards but my three year old loves them. She likes to play them all the time and we match and talk about how each child feels. Useful tool to get them talking about feelings. Only con is the price!

Highly recommended, even for a 2-3 year old
I use these cards with my 3 year old grandson to talk about different emotions and feelings. They are a great learning tool, even if u don’t play a game. I show him the happy card and we talk about things that make us happy. I show him the frustrated card and we talk about things that make us frustrated, which I turn let’s us talk about how we can handle the tougher emotions. This is a excellent product, even in its simplest form. I’m sure we will progress to game play with it, but shows symptoms of adhd and has difficulty handling his emotions, as all children do at times and this is a great way to start a conversation about such things with out being in the heat of the moment. Highly highly highly recommended.

Exactly what I was needing
This is just what I was looking for - not just faces with emotions, but emotions in context that you can build a story around, and maybe have a conversation. Is she shy? Or is she afraid? Why?

Dated Images, But Overall Ok Product
I wish this was more of a "game" as advertised. Instead, you receive cards with either an illustration of an emotion or a social scene. The instructions are limited and this isn't really an interactive game as you would think. However, the quality of the cards are good and the images are engaging and I like that multiple races are utilized. Overall I would give this a 3.5 star rating.
