Poor quality--caught on fire!
Do not buy this item!! The very first time I plugged it in to charge it, it caught on fire within 10 minutes. My smoke alarms went off and when I went to check it was on fire. Luckily I had it charging on my bathroom vanity and was able to contain it. This item should not even be available with all the poor reviews. I wish I hadn't bought. I'm now cleaning up smoke damage and need to reprint my wall.

I love the idea of the cordless "on the go" straightener
Straightener pulls hair due to the clamp not closing all the way. Seems cheaply made and the charge does not last long. I love the idea of the cordless "on the go" straightener, but this one is not good at all. I was going to return it to get my money back but missed the deadline.

Did not work at all. Contacted seller and was told this was a common problem with this straightener. He told me AMAZON would be contacting me for a refund. I have not heard back from anyone at this point.
