This vitamin helps me stay healthy all over my body.
I've been taking this vitamin for over 2 years and haven't had my usual bronchitis or colds and I am very happy with the results of how my body feels! It does have a smell in a little aftertaste but I take it with milk and it's fine it doesn't repeat itself for make me burp LOL

Working well but curious about specs in the powder
I’ve used this long enough to see an improvement in my eyelash health. Since I wear extensions, I like to keep my natural lashes as strong and healthy as possible as it makes the extensions adhere and stay on better. Since I also have artificial nails, I hope that they too are benefiting from this. I know that they’re growing faster. One thing I am curious about and I’ve attached an image is whether anyone has noticed these little specs in their capsules. I would really appreciate it if someone could write a review or however you have to do it to try and respond to me. Thank you so much!

Good supplement
These supplements are good. I use them mainly for my hair health. I don't see any difference in my skin health. My nails are growing and a little stronger. The are easy for me to swallow. They have a slightly musty taste, but it's not overwhelming. They don't give me energy. My hair growth is a little faster. Still taking these. Still the same opinion.
