Panasonic Toughbook FZ-55 MK1, 14-inch FHD 1920x1080 Touchscreen Display Intel Core i7-8665U, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, 4G LTE, USB-C, Windows 11 Pro (Renewed)

I have been using my used FZ-55 now for several weeks and I this is a marvelous laptop, the best I ever have owned. The brilliant screen is terrific outdoors. The processer is plenty fast for everything I do and, of course, it is an extremely rugged and well-built laptop. The xPak modular expansion options are really neat. I added a smartcard reader, and it took about a minute to install and worked without any fussing with drivers or settings. You can't go wrong with a Panasonic Toughbook, even a used one. But this review is really about the wonderful service provided by the seller. It is not very often you get more than is promised, but my FZ-55 came with two batteries, used, of course, but very good. Easily enough for a workday's use. This frees me from hauling around the charger (which, by the way, is the same spec and part number as used by my old CF-30 so I now have several as well as a couple of Lind 12-volt auto/boat/etc. adapters which all work with the FZ-55. Good for Panasonic!). It also came with the GPS chip built in, so it is great for turn-by-turn navigation if you need that. The case is in great condition. I had a small problem with my T-Mobile SIM card not wanting to connect and the vendor cheerfully and promptly took care of that by upgrading the Sierra wireless modem. Shame on me for not leaving many reviews. And the reviews I do leave tend to be critical, but when someone stands out from the crowd it is well worth noting. My experience with this vendor has been outstanding and well worthy of a five-star review.

As other people have said these come spray painted with textured paint on the cover Rest of the laptop is in good shape, perfect working condition but it's been spray painted with heavily textured paint I will say great customer service with prompt responses

Did nit work and only $300 refunded out of the $1300 plus spent. Do not do business with this company.

Durability im hoping it lasts no dents scratches speakers could be better funtions work well no problems yet worth the money.

The product had minor inconveniences; however, the company handled the case very professionally. The item was partially refunded, and the device works exceptionally well. The batteries are at 80%+, and they also provided one new replacement battery. Additionally, another device was delivered in the promised condition, featuring 80%+

I got my Toughbook FZ-55 and was very pleased with the overall condition of the unit and the items that accompanied the device. My only complaint is that I paid for a unit in excellent condition, and the keyboard backlighting is so dim that you can not see unless it is completely dark in the room with no screen on. It does light up, but not enough to be used. I am hoping this can be remedied without shipping the unit back and going through that hassle. I have it set up and updated the way I need it for work, and I work in nighttime environments, and one of the key features I need was a backlight keyboard.

Extremely pleased with my purchase. I was a little worried when I saw some of the reviews. My experience was great laptop is in very good condition for used. To my surprise it came in a laptop bag, with two chargers and two batteries.

These laptops are junk. Someone is spray painting the front covers sliver. With a textured paint. Returned the first one and the second came the same way. I would look for a different seller!
