I have been using the Cursor Mini UPS for my WiFi router continuously for the last 4 years. It has been very reliable during power cuts and easily gives enough backup to keep internet running for meetings and work. Recently the internal battery reached end of life after these 4 years of regular use, which is quite expected for lithium batteries. I contacted their support team and they responded quickly, offering battery replacement and also a brand-new device at a discounted price almost equal to the battery cost. Overall very good product quality and support experience, so I can confidently recommend this Mini UPS for anyone who wants stable WiFi during power cuts.

This is a good product and worked perfectly at first. It easily provides around 3 hours of backup, which is very useful during power cuts. However, it suddenly stopped working after some time. Since it was under warranty, I contacted the service centre. I really appreciate their quick response — they replaced the faulty UPS at my doorstep without any hassle. Overall, I am satisfied with both the product and the service support.

I am using the product since last 4+ years. Absolutely no problem. Working Fine. Keeps WIFI on always. Swithover speed is instant. Battery is still running on.
