Can I use this on my face?

Can’t imagine why not but they sell a different product I wouldn’t think they could guarantee results for an area it’s not advertised for but it’s very soft and gentle on the skin

Is this instead of moisturizer? If not, is this best applied under or over moisturizer?

I also need to know when to put on my my moisturizer, before or aftet

Not sure if it would work for you… I only used it x2 and broke out in a terrible rash. I returned this product.
