We purchased this floating toilet with in-wall tank for a master room renovation and we are happy with the end result. It looks modern and is comfortable.

This was my first installation of this toilet. I am highly qualified and experienced in home renovations. This being the first toilet of its kind that I installed came with some trepidation and challenges with the rough in. I did not like the instructions they seemed oversimplified. My solution was to get more education through videos and articles I read. Once I finished the install after taking all the necessary steps to test and retest connections I was able to achieve a great accomplishment. Looking back on the project and what I learned. I found it is a rather simple process. It becomes very intuitive. If you are just doing one it can be frustrating, if you plan on doing several it becomes fun. Now to the order and quality. I put the order in for several toilets. I received confirmation right away and had the packages delivered in a few days. I could not be happier with the speediness. Price by far was the best on this item saving me about $75 to $100 per unit. Quality is also great. I love the way it works and the fact cleaning the are is easy too. No obstructions to maneuver and you are able to set the height that works for your family.

Arrived quickly, looks solid so far The toilet combo set came well-packaged and on time. At first glance, everything looks sturdy and well-made. I haven’t installed it yet, so I’ll update my review after it’s in use, but so far I’m very satisfied with the quality and delivery.

I really love this toilet, it’s a beautiful design and easy to clean. However, within a year of installing the water valve went bad perhaps? The water runs continuously, and I have to shut off the water supply to my bathroom whenever I’m not using the toilet. It’s very inconvenient to turn on and off water to a bathroom on a regular basis. Replacement parts have not been easy to find. It’s a shame - this should be a five star toilet.

One seeer connection pipe ended up being trimmed too short They want me to wait a month to checked their website to see if it came in from overseas. Should have bought a USA product 5 days I’ve been getting the run around until today DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!
