love this product, as I wanted a simple dispenser for wider width tape, the smaller dispenser is a bonus. Great storage for pens, scissors, whatever you desire! Love the item. Sturdy, and high quality.

I'm pleased with it as I was sceptical when I ordered it I thought it would be cheap and light weight. But its the opposite and I can't believe I waited till now to get one it's my new right hand man in my business now

Officemate 2-in 1 Heavy Duty Tape Dispenser With Storage Compartment.Just another cheap lump of plastic filled with sand Made In China. Cost to manufacture would be around $1.00-$3.00. The base of the storage compartment has a little peace of thin foam glued to the bottom, which is useless when you drop scissors into it, so I replaced it with a peace of rubber. The outside base is not completely flat so it rocks around like a boat, so I fixed this problem by removing the large square peace of sticky backed rubber and just used the four little round ones, by fitting them to each corner. The rubber feet that comes with the dispenser are also not great, because of the silicone texture, they help the dispenser to slide around on my desk, when I get the time I will look for basic rubber feet and glue them down with UniBond Extreme Power Glue which is sold at B&Q. The wheel that holds the large tape is a very tight fit, I was afraid of breaking it when pushing the wheel into place and waiting for it to click into position. The size is 253mm x 150mm and 95mm tall without the tape, so its pretty big on your desk. I decided to keep the dispenser as I am into DIY and it would cost to much to ship back because of the size and weight. I paid £31.78 for this item, and its really worth around £10.00. This is a true description of the Tape Dispenser and I hope it helps you fellow Amazon customers.

ordered two of these, both were broken and sand everywhere replacements were fine but i asked for collection as part of the amazon return option, but no one has tried collecting

This tape dispenser is massive, judging from the space it takes up. But it sure looks solidly built.

I had found a double tape dispenser at a bin store and got home to find that one of the rollers was broke. I was devastated. I thought I was going to up my reselling game. But I found these replacements and they were very affordable. Got them in and they are great. The only issue I ever have is the larger one pops out frequently when I am pulling out larger pieces of tape. I just have to pay attention to the angle I pull out on the tape. It works though!? I’m happy with it

Es el segundo que compro, el otro lo tengo en otro lugar y aún dura, por eso me decidí a comprar este. Es muy útil al llevar los dos tipos de cinta, tiene un hueco para bolígrafos o lo que necesites que tiene bastante sitio y como pesa un montón puedes tirar de la cinta sin tener que sujetarlo, por lo menos con esta cinta, he de decir que hay cintas que se las traen, eh! que pegan más en el rollo que en las cajas. Solo hay que tener en cuenta que debe estar bien enganchado como se ve en el video, sino el rollo se sale todo el rato. Para mi es perfecto si tienes el hueco en el escritorio/mesa de trabajo porque mide de base 26x14 más o menos, nada que ver con un porta rollos normalito. Espero haberos ayudado.

Got tired of using a tape gun. Wanted something heavy to sit on my desk and this does the trick. Tape comes of nicely and it's way better than a tape gun. A little big for my desk but it also holds a small desk tape roll as well with room to hold pencils. Heavy and great quality. Wish I had ordered one sooner. So easy to put the tape in and black is a good color.

The 1 inch core was the reason I purchased this product. The pins are too short, making it too narrow to fit in the tape dispenser. I'm disappointed as the pins are solid, so I can't even stick a small dowel in them to make it work. Don't waste your time and money on this product.
