The one thing I found with other substitute pastas, especially rice, was that it would disintegrate or get mushy if you didn't time the cooking perfectly. This pasta doesn't do that. I can cook it, then throw it in a pot of tomato soup, and it's still the same consistency even a day later. It's a little more pricy than regular pasta brands, but worth it. I don't eat it every day, but it is one of my staples, served with sauce or cold as a fresh pasta salad.

I LOVE this brand, only brand or type of any pasta I will eat.Usually order the spaghetti online from Whole Foods delivery (bc they don’t bring the penne and rotini back couple years now) but like usual with other things in their store when you order online if you add them often to your weekly order they lie and say out of stock to limit you from buying it!!Tested this MANY MANY times…While in WF parking lot I log on to Amazon WF online shopping cart, typed in Tolerant pasta says sold out.Then I get out of my car and walk in and many packages of my Tolerant spaghetti.They do this with everything so annoying!!

I was looking for a substitute for pasta made with wheat flour. This is a nice substitute and contains a good amount of protein.

Good flavor

Simply amazing. I love chickpea pasta, haven’t come across a bad chickpea pasta yet. This one especially tastes great, it sucks in all the seasonings and sauce I add. I love it! Will order again!

I look forward to trying this pasta and believe it will be as good as their other products, but my single box of pasta was mailed in a soft brown mailer bag which appeared to be unscathed. However, the box itself was smashed and a hole was torn in the top corner edge so that some of the contents had spilled into the mailer bag. Because the exterior package appeared fine, it seems it was selected and mailed in this condition.

This is a great product for those that need to be gluten free.It tastes great and has plenty of fiber.I have ordered it several times.

I've been trying various non-wheat pasta alternatives and these are one of my favorites. Great taste and hold up very well to pretty much any kind of cooking. Love 'em.
