This is my second purchase. I've had poor sleep all my life (even as a baby, I'd just lie quietly instead of sleeping apparently, and in nursery school I can remember teachers complaining that I wasn't sleeping during nap time - I assume they wanted to gossip and didn't want us kids to hear them lol) and so naturally I've tried an enormous variety of diet & lifestyle and supplement changes over the years to sleep better. Out of the all supplements I've tried, this liposomal Apigenin, taken with liposomal magnesium and theanine has worked reliably to help me sleep, even when I wake in the middle of the night (when usually I wouldn't get back to sleep) I can fall asleep again in under 30min. I wake more refreshed too. So definitely try this if you struggle with sleep!

Highest dose of apigenin I found in any supplement on Amazon. Apigenin is brilliant for men, boosting testosterone in a healthy way as well as improving sleep and the gut microbiome. It gets better as this also includes fisetin which is one of the most promising compounds in the longevity arena. Fisetin helps the body to clear out zombie cells which can help with slowing aging. Quercetin, another polyphenol has natural antihistamine affects and promotes health. Brilliant supplement for the price.

I’m not a specialist on sleeping pills, it is first time when I take something like that. I bought them for me and hubby as both are having a stressful period at work and we have trouble falling asleep. I found that these pills have a calming effect if you take them at bedtime and help with falling asleep. I feel refresh in the morning so they are working. However, according with my smartwatch, the quality of the sleep is not great, still not enough deep sleep. My hubby has not seen improvement in his sleep. Probably they are working for some people and not for others but that’s always the case with natural products. I would say it worth a try anyway. The pills are easy to swallow due to the coating but be aware that they are quite big.

I had problems falling and staying asleep, did a bit of research, and this is one of the things that are recommended to help improve sleep. After taking it for a couple of weeks, I can say that it definitely helps with my sleep, I now more easily fall asleep and wake up less often during the night. Capsules are quite big but easy to swallow. Also, I havent found other ones that would be better dosage to the price value.

I have been having trouble sleeping over the last few years and have tried a number of natural remedies to no avail. If I did wake up I was able to fall back to sleep quickly. This has saved my life and sanity!

These are great - they have helped me with my sleep and I know that I am taking some key antioxidants and limiting the stress on my body. The tablet size is big but I have managed to swallow these with no issues. Becuase they are liposomal they should be getting to the right places quickly.

I’ve researched this product and didn’t find any evidence to either confirm the manufacturer or their quality management processes. There’s no UK company identified behind this product. You simply don’t know what you’re getting. Avoid.

Hacía un año que tenía problemas para el mantenimiento del sueño y estaba tomando varios suplementos; melatonina, magnesio con treonato, gaba, inositol y glicina (este último ya no lo tomo). Con esta pauta sí q conseguía conciliar el sueño enseguida, pero no dormía más de 5 o 6 horas seguidas, ocasionalmente lograba 8. Pero desde que empecé con la epigenina mi ritmo de sueño dio un cambio de 180 grados a mejor. Desde el primer día q comencé a tomar este suplementos he podido dormir 9 horas seguidas. Y los findes, q no pongo alarma, todavía más. También sigo con los suplementos antes citados. Pero por ejemplo la melatonina q antes tomaba 9.5mg la he ido reduciendo desde q estoy con la epigenina. Ahora tomo 5.7, y no se ha resentido para nada el sueño, por lo q mi intención es seguir reduciendo dosis. Así q chic@s por mi experiencia, si tenéis problemas para dormir lo recomiendo encarecidamente

Je suis très satisfait de l'Apigénine, qui m'aide vraiment à améliorer mon sommeil. Depuis que je l'utilise, je dors presque toute la nuit, et si je me réveille, je peux rapidement me rendormir. Ce qui est génial, c'est qu'il n'y a pas d'effet de somnolence le lendemain. Contrairement à d'autres options GABA, l'Apigénine n'augmente pas directement le GABA mais amplifie plutôt son effet, ce qui évite les problèmes intestinaux potentiels liés à la prise de GABA direct. C'est aussi bien meilleur que les antihistaminiques, car ce n'est pas anticholinergique, donc pas de risque d'effets néfastes sur le cerveau à long terme. Cerise sur le gâteau, il possède des propriétés antioxydantes et sénolytiques (bien que cela reste à confirmer). Un excellent complément pour un sommeil de qualité et des bienfaits supplémentaires pour la santé !

Buena elección de apigenina, este antioxidante no es tan fácil de encontrar. El envase es opaco y las cápsulas son grandes; podrían ser difíciles de tragar para algunas personas. Muy satisfecha con los resultados. Lo tomo para la salud de la piel y para contrarrestar los efectos oxidantes de un fármaco que debo tomar a diario.

Keep up the formula, i can feel that this is helping me especially with allergic reactions and good sleep. I'm going to buy the product second and third time ......
