Very good, exactly the same as the real materials but a lot more expensive.

These are in a bottle that which had a wad of cotton wool at top, there were a few pills stuck to this but they were easily removed. They do have a bit of an odour and they have an earthy taste so I have to swallow them quickly. I wasn’t sure when best to take them as it specifies with food but not what time of day is best, I wanted them to help with sleep more than anything so I’ve been taking later in the day. Not sure how much help they’ve been but I’ve had no issues even when I’ve had them later at night in more of an empty stomach.

I have a friend who has been raving about Ashwagandha for ages, so I decided to see what al the fuss is about. I chose thins brand and when it arrived I was lucky to have this type as they see, to be 'the real deal' - a long established brand and a market leader in its country of origin. THe bottle contains 60 servings - they're not capsules because there is no coating - which are an average to large size and have a distinctive odour. This is OK by me because it means the ingredient list is very short and lacking in artificial ingredients. The product itself is certified organic, vegan and gluten free. The box also certifies it CGMA ( follows current good manufacturing guidelines, ie in a way that satisfies the FDA. It is also wheat, soy corn and dairy free. The use by date on the bottle is two years from the date of receipt from Amazon. Looking forward to finding out what they can do for me. Five stars

I have been taking Ashwagandha tablets for a little while now, so when these came up for review i decided to give them a go. These are hard tablets rather than the capsules that i am used too. You get 60 tablets in the bottle, enough for around 2 months (1 a day). I never know if these supplements work, but i take them with hope! The primary ingredient is suppose to help with stress and energy as well as promoting a better sleep. My only criticism about these tablets is the bottle is packed tight with cotton wool, and when you remove the wool the tablets go everywhere as they are all entwined in the cotton wool. Also bit's of the wool stick to the tablets meaning they have to be wiped before you swallow them.
