I had great hopes for this pipe but I found it to be worthless. The diameter varied so the same coupling would fit tight on one end of a foot section but very loose at the other. I used two sections with the same couplings and glue. One failed in seconds, the other held. I tried to glue a couple of test to see is the loose ends would hold if I waited an hour but I was able to just pull it apart with my hands eventhough the pipe was completely covered and the glue was dry.

The flexibe pvc properly fit schedule 40 couplings & was indeed as flexible as advertised. Although. The Ad misuses word "dia." & should be removed for accuracy sake. 3/4 pvc (flexible or otherwise) is not 3/4 inch on either the ID or OD dimension. Luckily the Amazon website provided a technical chart that gave actual dimensions of various pvc sizes. Just the words 3/4 (flexible) pvc (by whatever length) is accurate and would suffice. Adding the word dia(meter) is a bit confusing

While remodeling, I moved my washing machine and updated the plumbing in the laundry room with a standpipe drain. The hole through the floor was close to the basement foundation and I didn’t have room for conventional PVC elbows to make the turn. I used the 2 inch nominal tubing and found it can bend to an 18” radius. It worked perfectly and I used another ten feet of the tube to get past ducts and plumbing in order to tie into the drain. I’m happy.

Very glad I chose this, even tho my friends told me to go with stiff PVC. Fairly sure this will last for the rest of my life - it's mostly buried and is a link between pump to filter. And, was more flexible than I thought it was going to be - I got a heat gun and didn't really need it. I very much like I don't have to use barbs and they cut down flow, previously I had 3/4 old (30 years) rubber hose with barbs which I imagine really cut me down to 1/2 with the barbs and 90's installed. Last night I made my first glue joint - about to put It into play!

This pipe is terrible and does not fit any standard fittings. You have to flare the end of the flex pipe to make it kind of fit. If the flex pipe has any bend near the fitting it starts to leak. I had to redo every single connection I used with this pipe. Stay away. If I could give it zero starts I would.

I recently had to re-configure a sprinkler zone in an area with TONS of roots. It was impossible to go in a straight line from my main water line to the sprinkler heads because of all the obstructions. This pipe worked wonderfully well to run the final foot or two off the main. It glues into regular 1/2" PVC fittings with regular PVC glue. I used the Oatey Rain-R-Shine Blue that the manufacturer recommended. I never had a joint failure. The beauty of this pipe is that it can easily curve around anything in the way and connect to the final elbow for the sprinkler with no other fittings. Just a great problem solver for my situation. I am super happy with it.
