Honestly, it’s hard to tell exactly what benefits come from this alone, but I’ve noticed steady progress in strength, recovery, and maintaining muscle while dropping fat. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 just because the effects aren’t very noticeable on their own—but as part of a full plan, it definitely pulls its weight.

Great product at great price. It gave me what I believe was that extra kick to get a better workout and definitely a faster post-workout recovery. Only problem, and it is a big one at least for me, is that it vastly raised my testosterone and iron levels to the point that I started shedding more hair than usual. Once I stopped taking the product and got new lab work, both my testosterone and iron levels normalized. The hair also stopped falling. It is a shame about the side effects because the product does work.
