Stacyc 4 Life!
This is the 3rd Stacyc e-bike we have purchased. We will be stacyc customers for life.. We have 6 and 4 year old boys and they are crazy over these. The batteries are a little difficult for them to get on and off themselves, so we are constantly helping them change a battery.. I’m honestly not sure how long a battery lasts on them though because my sons think they’re dying but then I find out they’re really not. Overall, we love our Stacyc e-bikes and will never veer away.

So Easy to Learn — Our Son Loved It
We bought the STACYC electric bike for our son for Christmas, and it has been an amazing purchase. He had never ridden a bike before, and we were honestly surprised by how quickly he picked it up. We started him on the lowest speed setting, and he understood how to ride it almost immediately. There were barely any falls, and his balance improved right away. The bike feels very beginner-friendly, especially for kids who are new to riding. I love that it has multiple speed settings, so as he grows and gains confidence, we can gradually increase the speed. For now, the lowest setting is perfect, but it’s nice knowing there’s room to grow without needing a new bike. Overall, this bike works wonderfully and has been a great confidence booster for our son. Highly recommend for young riders learning for the first time.

Do not order online
Dont order from Amazon or online. Find a local retailer to buy one from. Bike was supposed to come in on the 5th was on a truck then off the truck 3 times which resulted in the box being demolished and delivery was three days later. Went to put it together to make sure everything was working and the front forks were bent. Stacyc was super quick to answer once I got the number to which the guy stated that they see this a lot when shipped with ups. Filled out a warranty and they fulfilled it quickly and forks were sent out next day. Stacyc was very responsive but delivery was below subpar very disappointed.

Don't buy online
As our 3 year old stood hovered over his brand new Stacyc, delivered only minutes earlier, helping my husband assemble it, my husband sighs and says, "The front fork is bent and the front wheel will not go on." Tears flowed and flowed...... The bike arrived damaged from the manufacturer. Would highly recommend to buy from a local dealer! The Stacyc product itself (the new one we got) is wonderful. The battery lasts a long time, our son will have plenty of use over the years, it has 3 speeds, and offers lots of fun. Buy the bike - just not online!

Great buy
Great buy: My son absolutely loves his bike. My 4yr old is 50lbs and has no issues running this bike. Great for first time rides given its three different speed modes.

Nice bike!
Best picture I got of it before Christmas but so far so good! My son loves it. I’m assuming it was easy to put together. My husband didn’t have any complaints. Definitely recommend this.

Fun while it lasted
Bike didn’t even last a year before the motor burnt up. My daughter wasn’t riding it hard at all and she’s only 45lbs
