EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY
I’m very impressed with these boots. They are extremely comfortable - even on the first time of wearing; completely waterproof; the soles have good grip; and they appear to be well-made. They are really excellent value for money. Just one niggle: they seem to be on large size. I ordered 10 1/2 - my normal size - and need very thick socks and in insole for them not to feel sloppy. This is no reflection on the quality though, which is excellent.

Comfortable
Good, comfortable and waterproof maybe slightly too wide but no more than your usual work boots

Comfortable, affordable and durable.
I work on a variety of sites and these boots last a decent time. They're comfortable on the first wear if you usually wear boots, especially compared to other boots I've spent nearly double on that gave me blisters when I first wore them. The laces are a bit brittle if you're in the sludge and mud but easily replaced with something more durable and they go the distance. On my second pair and going to get another when I work these in. Update: Coming to three months since buying my second pair and no sign of problems still. Comfortable and kept my feet safe a few times! Definitely still recommend.

They're ok - but wide
Still 50/50 with these boots. usually size 5.5 to a 6, bought a 6 and they are very wide. And long. The laces are those round tubular type, slightly stretchy too, so they come loose after a while - will need to change them to flat laces for a more secure fit. I've added insoles to fill some of the space but even with thick socks they felt slightly loose on my feet. Wore for four hours walking/digging the first time and feet were ok, no blisters, but I can't get over that 'loose' feeling. Everyone's feet are different of course and I guess you have to try them. Can't say I noticed much by way of ankle support, but they're boots, so you'd think they offer a bit. At the end of my four hour gardening shift I thought the boots were beginning to feel heavy on my tired legs. I am a 108 years old and not as fit as I used to be. J-Okes. In my mid sixties. They're waterproof, sturdy. As i say, I'm 50/50. (as opposed to just being 50)! UPDATE: only had these a week and worn twice but just too uncomfortable. Too loose despite two pairs of socks, and too heavy. After another 4 hour gardening sesh my feet felt strained and sore. The sole feels very hard too and doesn’t bend with the foot. So that’s that really. Anyone want a pair of nearly new boots?! Only worn twice, one careful lady owner…!!

Good lightweight boots that can handle deep puddles
I only used the boots for quite a short time but then I lost them, and was impressed enough to get the same type again. However I chose a smaller size this time. Only having my old boots available as a size guide, when getting the same size these boots were significantly more spacious than they were, especially when used with thin socks. But this time the smaller size fit was much better. So if you are a bit uncertain about what size to get I would recommend choosing the SMALLER size. However the first pair that were slightly too large were still totally comfortable to wear. I can't speak for long term durability, however I chose them to use as hiking and camping boots, so I would expect them to last quite well in this setting. They are not very heavy, and are fine for running, and remain waterproof when plunged deep into water and mud. But if you do end up walking around with wet feet repeatedly it doesn't bother the boots, and they quickly dry out like new. They do have some excellent grip on many slippery slopes, but after experiencing this don't put too much trust in them and expect that they will never slip. If it's slippery enough, they will slip!

Good boots for the price
Needed a pair of boots for work as there weren't any boots in my size from my work issued ones. Saw these and they're are pretty decent for the price. The steel toe has already proven itself effective, they're comfortable and the soles provide a good grip (walking up and down metal truck ramps in the rain) The sides are a bit thin, hence the four stars, but it does make the boots lighter and there's decent enough padding around the ankle. I'll have to see how they hold up long term with the usual worksite abuse, but they've already been through a couple of rough jobs and gave me no issues at all. Pictures are after three weeks of use, 10 and a half hours a day.

Size 5 fits well on my slim feet
I was a little confused with the guidance of one size-down because it fit wide. I am a female with slim feet, my regular shoes size is UK 5 EU38. I was afraid of ending up with a huge looking shoes because I never wear a iron front boots before. I took the risk and buy the size 5 UK and EU38 and I have no problem. The length is fine and the width is fine with my slim feet. The little room is for a thick socks. So if you wear a size 5 and slim feet it will be fine. It is light weight, not sure about the durability because I haven't yet work in them. I know that my feet won't rub and that is the best part.
