Fancy, expensive but nice
Tastes like it should, unsure about polyphenol coumt but am sure it is good! Only use for saladscor shots, however, to ensure I get every drop

Frwsh Bright fruity olive flavor! Excellent in salads and especially as bread dip with herbs and salt! Yum. Extremely impressed with the quality of this olive oil.

Good flavor. But misleading bottling dates.
Currently shipping (spring 2018) is oil from 2016 harvest bottled in 2017. So not the freshest, contrary to what I was told in Q and A section. I was told that the product is bottled 15-30 before the shipment, which is not the case. Good flavor though. Low review do to incorrect information on product dates.

La meilleure huile d'olive à ce jour, et pourtant j'en ai goûté un tas à travers le monde. Elle est juste fantastique et se marie avec tout. Je cuisine tout maison de A à Z chaque jour, et c'est la seule huile que j'utilise. Elle est biologique qui plus est, on peut exceptionnellement la trouver dans une coopérative bio (magasin bio) mais cela reste rare, elle est environ 10€ plus chère sur Amazon qu'en magasin mais elle les vaut. N'hésitez même pas. Cette marque est juste parfaite.
