Is this certified gluten free?

The package states it is gluten free however there is not a seal of certification.

Is there an ice pack or something to prevent these from melting? Has anyone found these to be damaged by heat?

My last shipment came with an ice pack. They are shipped via usps, so the ice pack was melted. However, the Adora wafers were not melted. It’s a great product!
