This salt is havested from the sea in cornwall, I have always used this make as I have found it to be the best. Sorry I have taken so long to answer your question I have been unwell.

It's not fortified so it should be the same as pure sea salt, so not enough to make a difference in your diet.

What are the ingredients? (anything added?)

This product contains no anti caking agents, so the only contents it has is sea salt (NaCl), the waters of crystalisation and trace elements specific to the area of extraction; those elements are not listed.

Is this for cooking pls? Do i need the fine one to use to sprinkle on meals

You can use either depending on your preference, this one is probably better for cooking with unless you like your table salt a little coarse, don't try putting it in a grinder though without drying it out first because it's too moist for that and doesn't have a drying agent or anti-caking agent inside. Also bear in mind this is not the flaky one.
