My Fav
This has been one of my go tos for years now. I have it everyday either in a shake or a yogurt bowl. I get the vanilla flavored one usually & it’s absolutely delicious but also not too much either. It’s perfect. I also used to get the peanut butter one, but for whatever reason that one is more expensive so I stick with the vanilla. I will say too the peanut butter one doesn’t taste as good as the vanilla, but still is yummy. It’s a great protein powder & I love that it’s gluten & dairy free.

Tastes great.
I’ve been using this for about 6 months and love it! It mixes easily using a blender or mixer cup and tastes great. The last bag seems like the formula changed because I’ve been getting bloated.

Great product! Definitely recommend
First time trying this and I really like it! I got the vanilla cookie flavor and although it doesn’t have a strong vanilla or cookie taste, it does taste good. Not too sweet, not too plain. I love the ingredients and that it’s sugar free. So far I’ve made two different drinks. Used my Ninja mini blender with frozen blueberries, 10 ounces of 2% milk, little ice and 2 scoops of the powder and it was really good. I did the same with frozen strawberries as well. You definitely have to use a blender. I noticed some reviews said too chalky or didn’t mix well. That was not the case for me. It mixed great using a blender. I’m looking forward to trying all flavors. Definitely recommend.

TOO SWEET!
I GUESS I DON'T LIKE VANILLA. CHOCOLATE IS GREAT...I MIX WITH CACAO TO CUT THE SWEETNESS AS I DON'T LIKE THEM SUPER SWEET.

Great meal replacement
I prefer vaccinated vanilla or chocolate. I have no stomach issues and use with just water, not the best but I find using water makes it less thick with two scoops and I’ve tasted worse. It’s price friendly and keeps me away from snacks.

LOVE THIS!!! Immediate effects
I bought this product without the intention of using it as a meal replacement but more so for all the extra goodies such as vitamins, MCT, and quality protein amongst other stuff. However, the first time I tried this, my stomach was so happy - no bloating, no diarrhea, no stomach cramps. I felt comfortably full. So if I am on the run I use this as a meal replacement for breakfast but always make sure to have something hearty for lunch if needed. My work gives me 30 minute lunch breaks (healthcare setting) so I will sip on a smoothie if I dont have time. Taste: Yum!! Vanilla cookie tastes exactly like that. It's got the strange sweet taste that tells your brain you know it's not sugar but it's supposed to be sweet. Not a big deal to me. I like to add strawberries and a frozen banana or just have with greek yogurt and oat milk. TEXTURE: Non-gritty, more like a thick milkshake. Okay, so I have experimented with 3 options: 1. Hand mixer and a nut milk (when busy or running late) - horrible ability to mix, there will be lumps however the lumps do not burst into powder its actually not gross but its very thick and might waste the lumps of powder 2. Vita mix: BEST RESULTS from a strong blender. With yogurt and a frozen banana the texture is perfect, like a thick smoothie or milkshake 3. Vita mix: extra milk and powder - not super smooth or thick but not gritty either for those who may not like thick protein shakes.
