Good!
Looked a bit weird at first, but tastes very well…smooth, creamy, with a pleasing sharpness…tastes much better than it looks…if you are serving it on a cheese tray, put it in a cute little ceramic crock, and let people fork bits out…hide it, in other words…great on sourdough toast…good price for a good cheese…

Not good, waste of money
I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas. It was awful, not wrapped as shown in the picture, very dry and an unpleasant taste. Total waste of money.

If your eyes taste the food before your tongue...
The initial look of the food can affect your thoughts greatly and this I believe applies to this Spanish cheese. It looks to be blended, hence the grey unappetising, stodgy appearance which is unlike any blue cheese I ever saw. The taste is hard to be described because my mouth was stinging so much as to make it in my opinion inedible. Ray Gardner

Below par compared to the same cheese bought elsewhere.
Not really impressed. Whenever I've bought this cheese before it has been wrapped in maple leaves & has a lovely moist rich rind, this comes in foil & is a bit dry & even rubbery around the outside, doesn't seem to mature as well as maple wrapped cheese & the flavour isn't so good.

Keep it in a plastic tub when in your fridge .
