They replaced right away when they found out even though it was past the return window because I procrastinated. Hoping this one is better quality and last a long time.

Not very durable. Better functionality than what Tandem offers but its chintzy. Pretty basic common design for the ease of its 360 degree rotation; HOWEVER, I've purchased two and busted two within a two month period, just getting snagged on a seat belt when getting out of the car. Pretty flimsy 3D print or just pretty poor performance of the plastic construction.

It’s holds the pump well and very versatile but needs work on durability

Works pretty well. Terrible durability though. Don’t wear in bed only during the day.

The product works. It does as intended without any issue. Mine broke however due to it catching and breaking the clip, but that's partly my fault. My issue is that the cost is extremely high for the use of the clip. This product is over priced for a cheaply made piece of plastic. There is no metal to this clip (other than the sping and pins holding it together) which means the points of failure are high. After some use the plastic gear locks worn down and would not hold in place all the time causing my cord to tangle. If you have the money to spare and are willing to give it a try go for it but if you are on a budget as most of us diabetics are don't get this. If you get something cheap you at least know it's cheap if you're spending $30-40 the the product needs to hold true to its value.

I waited to review this because I tend to be brutal on pump clips. I wanted to be sure it would hold up, and it has. I love the color ( I got the orange) and really LOVE that it doesn't slip off my clothes because it has a hook at the bottom of the clip. It also swivels so I can turn my pump easily to read it or make adjustments. It's easy to use and decent quality. If I do manage to break it, I'll come back and update.

Broke after using for about 2 months. Purchased a new case from Diabetes Express and the quality is substantially better. Would not recommend this.

Very disappointed in the t:slim insulin pump cause. It pealed my screen protector and it’s too heavy to clip on clothing. I will never order this again

My daughter loved this but unfortunately the clip broke off after 4 months of use and is not able to use it now.
