This is brilliant. I have two kids so two lots of uniforms to label. Last year I spent hours ironing name labels into their uniforms and vowed I’d never do anything as stupid and mind numbingly boring again! This stamp allowed me to label all of my children’s uniforms in less than 10 minutes. Hurray. It literally took about 2 minutes to set up and was easy to swap between names. The set includes one stamper, a set of tweezers and a pad of little rubber letters. All you do is select the letters you need and place them in the stamp. You could put anything on the stamp. The set appealed to me as I needed two sets of name labels so it was pretty cost effective. The uniforms that I labelled included white polo tops and I simply stamped the name on the inside of the top by the neck. The ink doesn’t show through at all. On the darker items I used the wash label that always has a blank space for kid’s names. This is great! It also arrived really quickly.

Just got it. It looks like a great product, very easy to set up (have to make sure that your letters and numbers were inserted in the 'RIGHT' way/side). Haven't tried on my kid's clothes yet, but it leaves very nice and clear stamp on paper.

I bought this for my son going to school to stamp his name on his uniform and bought this one so that I could change the letters for when my daughter also goes next year. It's fiddly to get the letters out off the rest of the set and even harder to ensure you position them correctly onto the stamp without them being backwards or upside down. Took quite a few attempts and practice stamps before I conquered it! It may have been better to receive some instructions or a visual aid on how to do this more easily & some way of indicating on the stamp which direction the letters should go to avoid being upside down. Other than this it was worth the money.

I have been really impressed with this so far. I didn't actually find it too fiddly to set up, and have easily changed between my children's names for labelling their respective items. I have been able to label their clothes, books, shoes and even stationery items. I think it will rub off some things over time, but it is very easy to restamp! I can't comment on the longitivity of the ink - but it will take just seconds to restamp so not so worried. The only downside of a product like this is finding a lighter area to stamp on. The washing label has sufficed in most cases, but in some dark garments enough space is hard to find. Mine did come with a strip of tape (no instructions but I gather this is iron-on from other reviews). So will try using this also. So far so good! Much better than sewing (I would imagine...never even tried) and much easier than ironing on (have tried - bored to tears!)

Hello, I don’t normally leave a review but since using the product I felt I should. I was trying to find a quick way of securing my child’s name onto her school clothing and items. After reading the reviews, I was happy and ordered the product. It arrived quickly and great service. However, since using the product, it has determined the ‘3 star’ rating because it did not provide a dark enough print onto the clothes. I tried to on different clothes and it was ok for the lighter clothes and disappointing on the gray skirts and pinafore. I have used the product and I will continue to do so but for the ‘lighter’ garments and not for the more, what I consider, essential school clothing items. Please read all the reviews here and make up your own minds. I hope this helps. Nikki

This mine stamp is great, i got to for my children's uniforms for school i also used it for there shoes and trainers any item for school i used it on it. Was worried that it may wash off first time i washed there clothes but no it didn't. It is great stamps clear and very easy to insert letters and easy to use. I would def recommend this product to anyone.

A bit fiddly to initially set up but once the name is in it's very easy to use and works well on all the school kit we've used it on. Not sure how long the printing will last - but easy to reapply if its fades with washing. definitely better than name tags!

The label maker is great.. Lots of space for any content. The writing has stayed clear through many washes. You do need to be a bit crafty to work the tweezers and tiny letters on to the stamp but once that's done, it's super easy to use. Would definitely recommend.
