Simthread Embroidery Machine Thread 5000M 40WT Polyester, Black 900

This is a larger spool than I usually buy, but the thread has a great pale beige color. I had no issues with it embroidering and it didnt have breakage. I would buy again, though a smaller 1000 yd spool would be better for me.

I used this embroidery thread on my Babylock serger to make a lovely three thread finished edge on a wedding veil. It turned out so pretty and nicer than regular serger thread would have done. No problems at all using it on my serger.

The thread performs beautifully on my 2007 industrial sewing machine. I am making velvet potli bags for my daughter's upcoming wedding. The color and sheen are perfect for my project. Wonderful supplier and good quality thread! Stitching comes out very nice. Its better than some other threads I have ordered. Colors are vivid and fresh, hold there color well also.

There are so many things I love about this thread: - the colour is really beautiful, it’s a soft baby pink with great shine - it’s strong, does not break easily - it’s buttery smooth, glides through everything, and there are no burrs or snags - 5500 yds on one spool is fantastic and will last a long while - the plastic spool holder is recyclable (as well as the box it came in) and fits perfectly on my machine’s thread stand

Pros: - very strong thread, low stretch - extremely smooth, no pilling or knotting - glides through the machine and fabric like butter - the colour and shine is so pretty! - large quantity on the spool - the plastic spool is thick, strong, and can be recycled after you finish Cons: - you may need to purchase a thread stand or find a workaround if the spool doesn’t fit on your machine’s attachments
