Brilliant product and super quick delivery

These clear my tubes and allow better blood flow. I say that because my blood pressure has returned to normal since taking 4 capules per day. Not that I take them just for that. I have atrial fibrillation and irregular heartbeat caused by slow blood flow into my heart. The typical precaution for this (not a cure) is to take a blood thinner to prevent a clot and therefore prevent a stroke. That causes all kinds of problems and does not help the blood flow. I believe better blood flow will help my atrial fibrillation and so I take Arginine to help with that. Not what the doctors recommend but they don't get any commission for natural medications.

This is extremely misleading and disappointing. If you’re looking for a truly vegan option, do not trust this product. I feel cheated, and it’s unacceptable. This is both economic to buy and comes in easy to consume capsules which can be both swallowed and opened. For me it’s a perfect mg amount per capsules too

Taken the suggested dosage for 8 weeks and zero effect, other than losing £15.

As others have already said, the back of the label (not shown in the product pictures) says each capsule actually contains 750 mg, and that it's 4500 mg per 6 capsules (the suggested daily amount)

I have tried other capsules containing l-arginine mixed with other amino acids and vitamins. They had quite a dramatic effect on my mood and clarity of thought and so I was interested to see what pure l-arginine would be like. The effect seems to be very similar - I have taken a quarter of the suggested dose (ie one capsule per day) but the effect seems to be equally noticeable. This is a very large jar of capsules - ie about 16cm high by just under 9cm wide. The capsules themselves are also quite big - each about 2cm long by 0.75cm wide. The instructions recommend 2x2 capsules per day. Since I will only be taking one a day (at most) these will last me a long time - there are 360 tablets in the jar and the use by date is Jan 2018. I am still researching potential side effects of l-arginine, and will stop if taking them if I (or anyone else) notices any. For the time being, however, the effects are positive.

Mais pas 6, comme indiqué en cas d'entraînement. ( des effets trop pleins ont été noté quand on dépasse trop les 3 GR). - Cette prise devenant idéale avec 2 gélules le matin, en mangeant ET le midi ou le soir, à nouveau 2 gélules. Compte tenu que la boîte permet un parfait dosage pour trois mois, que la qualité est là et que le rapport qualité prix est excellent, je recommande vivement cet achat dans le cadre d'un entraînement sportif. La qualité est au rendez-vous mais n'en prenez pas constamment. L'arginine est conseillé aux sportifs, mais la prise excessive de ce complément nutritionnel, augmente les globules blancs, ce qui veut dire que le corps se défend contre le moindre rhume. A savoir que cet élément passe par le foie et peut le perturber à forte dose, contrairement à la Citruline qui passe directement par les reins pour se transformer ensuite en Arginine. Je conseille de faire des poses de temps en temps, de façon à ce que l'organisme fonctionne un peu de lui même. Pour les gens qui bougent peu, 2 gélules par jour suffisent, sinon ne pas hésiter à boire de l'eau, une boite me fait 6 à 7 mois et j'ai la forme.
