20" Caged Ceiling Fan with Light and Remote，bladeless Ceiling Fan 6 Speed Reversible with 4 Bulbs and Remote Control. with Lights for Bedroom, Dining Room

This fan/light is beautiful and exactly what I wanted for a bedroom. I got the crystal “white” option (its chrome metal and crystal on the parts you see and white on the motor part) and it arrived completely assembled and includes the bulbs. The remote is very easy to pair—you just turn on the wall switch and hit a center button on the remote, after the fan is wired/installed. You can also change the color of the lights (bright white, warm white, and a soft white). One thing I did not know until I received the fan is that you can use a mobile app to control it. I have not tried this feature yet but it’s an added bonus if you’re worried about having only 1 remote. The fan works great and puts out plenty of air, with 6 speeds plus forward/reverse option. My bedroom is approx 12.5’ x 12’ and this fan is the perfect size. The exterior packaging on the product arrived completely smashed up and some of the interior styrofoam was even smashed, but the light was not damaged (much to my surprise considering the condition of the shipping box). I am extremely pleased with this fan/light and recommend it to anyone looking for a low profile light/fan in this style!

It’s so pretty and was pretty easy to install. The fan air flow is pretty strong considering the smaller size of the fan. It has 6 settings for the air flow. I love it and the remote works perfect. No noise, super bright and has 3 different light settings. I can’t figure out the app but it’s a quality light and fan combo.

JUNK!!!! Yes, it looks great. Very pretty but it stopped working less than 6 months after purchase. One review after another with the same issue I am experiencing. Remote just stops working. No fan!!! Why is Amazon continuing to ALLOW THIS SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT TO BE SOLD???

First, this is a beautiful fixture. The wrought iron is solid and well made and made it through shipping without harm. The fixture is 20" wide, the fan is a lot smaller. The fan is simulated wood and looks a little chintzy but not too bad. It's all one piece and already assembled so no need to screw paddles on. It is 6 speeds and does give a heck of a punch for its size without blowing the hair off your head.. My fan can't with a card inside explaining how to hook it up to Bluetooth for mobile operation (along with a remote.) Everything worked but pairing the fan, it asked for a code to do that. I spoke with the company who tried to blame it on my phone, then ability to read and then just told me my model didn't work with Bluetooth. Why put an instruction card in with it? Why does it show up as a nearby item to pair. Why isn't there a code? Why doesn't your app work to pair it, or you just give me the code? For the customer service responsiveness A+, resolution F. Overall happiness B. I do love the fixture, it has a remote and works the way I'd like it to, nothing to return the item over. But bluetooth would have been really nice, please do not taunt me next time...

I love the way this ceiling fan and light fixture looks in my kitchen. My husband had no issues with the installation. He said the instructions were very well put together and straight forward. For something so small, the fan puts out a good amount of force. And it's so beautiful as well.

Update: 9 months in and the remote stopped working. We cannot operate the fan. Only the lights work. Very frustrated.This is gorgeous and functional. I love the added safety of the fan being caged. The fan is quiet as well. I love that the light and fan can work separately and are controlled by remote. I only wish it dimmed.

Looks great but does not last. Fan will not work within a few months. 2nd one we had to purchase and now it has quit. So disappointingUpdate: the company reached out to me, shared some remote instructions and it works. I love the looks of this fan and I am so very glad they read my original review and stepped up. Great company; great customer service. I will be adding another fan to another bedroom.
