Perfect fit and function
I used this arbor with a MK Morse AV58 Hole Saw, 3-5/8-Inch Bi-Metal blade. When tightened down, the pins were very-very close to prefect alinement with the holes in the blade.I put on work gloves and tightened it a bit more, until I could turn down the locking wheel, lowering the pins perfectly into the saw blade. TIGHT! Absolutely zero wobbliness in the assembly. When chucked into a good 1/2" drill (Hitachi FDV 16VB2) this combo performed above expectations.I don't think this Arbor will fit into a 3/8" chuck. It's too fat.I did use a large flat-blade screwdriver to set the height of the pilot bit.The bit is of high quality and has nice flat sides, for sure locking.Because I was drilling into an exterior wall, starting with the vinyl siding, which is at a slight angle, I set the bit out to about 0.4" higher than the blade. If your pins don't aline perfectly, and you have to back-off when installing the blade, try removing the blade, wrap the arbor threads with Teflon tape, and re-assemble.The right amount of tape might help keep the blade wobbliness to a minimum.Or, you could skip using the pins at all. Just be sure to put oil on the threads,so you can easily disassemble the unit later. Drilling holes without using the lock pinswill tighten the blade down very snugly.Be careful with this tool. Always un-plug your drill before handing the very sharp moving parts.Be sure your chuck key is fastened near the AC plug, to remind you to un-plug before using the key.If you are using a cordless drill, you can eject the battery pack.

Rugged design but no documentation
This is the most impressively built arbor I've seen, but it needed to be impressive to hold a 4.75" hole saw.To be sure this saw meets your needs, you need to be aware two areas of compatibility that could trip you up:1. This arbor requires a 1/2" chuck. Since most drills have a 3/8", that's important missing information in Amazon's description.2. This arbor was specifically designed for the same brand of hole saw.My arbor came without documentation so I had to figure out a couple of things:First, the arbor has a dial that moves two pins back and forth. When you install the arbor in a saw, you cannot just screw the arbor tight against the saw. You first need to retract the pins by turning the dial. Then you screw the arbor into the saw, but after the arbor is screwed tightly, you have to back it out just enough until you the pins are visible through their corresponding holes. Then you turn the dial so the pins go all the way through the holes. That locks it up firmly. (Another reviewer described the arbor as having a sloppy fit, but that problem was almost certainly because he didn't follow this step.)Second, the drill bit in the arbor is too short for a hole saw that's 1.5" deep. There's a set screw on the side of the arbor that you need to loosen so you can extend the drill bit. (And then you need to tighten it again.) If you don't have about 3/8" of drill bit extending ahead of the hole saw, the saw may "walk," and you won't like the result of that.Maybe a professional carpenter would have known all these things, but for this weekend handyman, I either had to figure them out or learn the hard way.

Very nice and a great value. Works with all your large hole saws.
Like this hole saw arbor - less expensive than the Bosh or the DeWalt and works great. I like that the set screw is a simple slot (flat head) some of the others are hex and it's always hard to find the hex key when you need one... This works on all brands (or at least all I have tried) of larger hole saws so this is really the only one you need.

Fast and Easy, Secure Arbor for Large Hole Saws
Some things are worth the price. The small thumbwheel used to engage or disengage the dogs in a large hole saw really works great - no more wrestling and no slipping. This is a solid tool that holds large dedicated hole saws including the ones from the big box store.

Works great and made in the USA
I needed to cut a hole in the side of my computer case for a 120mm fan. Was expecting that it would be a hassle, but I bought this and a MK Morse AV72 Hole Saw, 4-1/2-Inch Bi-Metal and it turned out to be a 5 minute job. It made an excellent smooth chatter free cut that just needed a quick de-burr with a file.

Purchased with 3 5/8 hole saw, worked perfect together for my project, I would recommend if you are purchasing the larger hole saws.

Not perfect but USA made
This hole saw arbor isn't perfect, as there is noticeable wobble, but it is made in USA so that is a plus for me. I've found that all hole saws and arbors wobble, so for all practical purposes this seems to be as good as it will get for me. The shank on this arbor is hollow to allow the pilot drill to go through it, so be careful not to tighten it too much in your chuck or you can crack and break it. I did this with a Milwaukee arbor in my Jacobs "super duty ball bearing chuck" which can REALLY hold tight.

The right tool for the job!
Worked great for Blue Boar Recessed Light Carbide Grit Hole Saw. Never came loose and bit didn't walk at all. Very heavy duty, requires 1/2" chuck. Can't think of any way to make it better. The hole saw I used: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01EIP2EWO/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_1The dust bowl I used: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ESWJU5W/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_2
