Does this trash bag have a straight bottom, where the sides go straight from top to bottom, without pleats or a star seal?

when I take one out of the box they are pleated to fit in the box and are very large when opened up I love mine

The top part of the add for these trash bags says they are 1.5 mil thick but the bottom description says 1.2mill thick. Can you confirm which it is?
