I rarely write reviews but this time I couldn't stay quiet and wanted to share thoughts about this increduble find. I noticed the calming benefits after the first cup. Taste is is sooo lovely as well. I tried it with a bit of stevia or honey as I have sweet tooth, and it worked great. Balance tonic quickly became part of my daily ritual. I mix it with warm water and enjoy slowly. Taste wise it reminds me of a very high quality fruit tea with real pieces if fruit. It makes sense as this product is made from real fruit and plant ingredients. I always research thoroughly ingredients of wellness products and this one really stands out! Super natural, high quality and potent ingredients! No wonder it works so well.. I also enjoy it with smoothies (with banana + almond milk is my favourite), and mixed woth oats and natural yogurt. Overall thoughts: amazing stuff. It tastes great and so helpful when you are looking to support hormone balance. I'm few years away from my 40s and now understand how fundamental hormonal health is in how we feel daily. I am so happy I found a product that genuinely works. I feel so much better. Highly recommend! Will definitely be buying again. Its now a staple in my wellness product shelf!!

I’ve been using Rheal Balance Tonic for a few days now, and I’m genuinely impressed. I noticed improvements in my energy levels and digestion, feeling much less bloated. Love this product and I feel the difference in mood and sleep for sure. Buying it again now. With a good quality product like this, is upsetting that they felt the need to mislead you with the tube size. I thought I had lots of powder left only to find that the tube has a double bottom (fake bottom) and I was actually running out! So unnecessary.

It's definetly a high-quality product, and it’s become a staple in my routine. I’ve noticed it’s been great during stressful periods, helping me feel calmer day to day. A good option if you’re looking to support hormones, stress, and general wellbeing.

I added a teaspoon full to my plain porridge & it tastes like raspberries! Lovely berry colour too :) I will be adding this to many dishes. Nice packaging to have out in the kitchen & tub is almost full to the top. Worth the price I think.

Awesome supplement wouldn’t be without it. I stopped for a month and really felt off again. Low energy, lack of sleep and just generally low. Realised I needed this fantastic supplement again … I’ve taken it everyday for a few months now and feel better. My hair is great, sleep better etc.
