These are great for pain suppression and stability issues. They rarely ride down and are very comfortable as are advertised. I like a tight fit and got the right size for me. Time will tell if they have the durability to sustain compression after daily wear. So far, so good!

I don't know if it's just because I got a good fit, but this is probably the best knee brace I've had- it has enough compression, and it seems like maybe it might be a little targeted with the compression, but not too stiff. I just ran around for an hour in it and it's staying in place. I actually am not sure that my knee is the issue, but the far upper calf, and it's providing good support there, as well.

Wearability & Fit: I found the fit to be borderline too tight at the top, yet they still didn't stay in place well. Whether I wore them under or over pants, they tended to slide or bunch up during a set. Weight & Skin Irritation: They are very lightweight and breathable. I didn't experience any skin irritation or itching, which is a huge plus compared to thicker neoprene sleeves that can get sweaty and cause rashes. Value for Money: Since you get a 2-pack at a budget-friendly price, the value is good for casual gym-goers or light recovery, but serious lifters might want to invest in something more heavy-duty. The Verdict: Great for light activity or a bit of extra confidence, but they lack the "stay-put" power needed for high-intensity squats.

I have been wearing these Modvel knee braces for a few years. They provide moderate support and stay up well.

I have a small tear in my meniscus on my right knee, the more I am active the more it hurts and at the end of a long day it can be quite painful. The tear isn't large enough to require surgery to fix, so I have continued trying to strength the area with exercises per the doctors recommendations. With recent increases in pain I have went searching for a brace that would provide some additional support for my knee. While these knee braces don't provide any lateral support the compression on my knee really helps with pain relief when I am active. The sleeve fits perfectly and feels like it is made of high quality material. There is also no restriction in mobility when wearing it. They are very affordable price and at the end of the day it has helped minimize the pain I frequently have in my knee.
