I recently purchased the LEGO Obi-Wan Starfighter for my son, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. As a long-time fan of both Star Wars and LEGO, this set brought together the best of both worlds. The attention to detail in this starfighter is impressive. From the sleek design to the authentic color scheme, LEGO has truly captured the essence of Obi-Wan's iconic ship. The build itself was enjoyable and rewarding, with clear instructions that made the process smooth and hassle-free. There are some stickers to add on but this does not detract from the build or set. What impressed me the most were the play features of this set. The opening cockpit allows Obi-Wan to take command of the starfighter with ease. The flick missiles and adjustable wings add an extra layer of interactivity, perfect for engaging in epic space battles. The minifigures included in the set are fantastic. Obi-Wan Kenobi is beautifully designed, complete with his lightsaber and Jedi robe. Additionally, the astromech droid companion, R4-P17, adds an adorable touch to the set with the Taun We mini-figure being the pick of the bunch and with potential to be a collectors item in years to come. In terms of value for money, this set delivers. The price is reasonable considering the quality and the iconic nature of the Star Wars theme.
