One of the best scanners

This has been great for scanning serial number and MAC address bar codes in our system for business applications. I love that it's rechargeable and it seems to have decent range for our needs. I've purchased two of them and they're still going strong after a year or two. If there's a con, they can become a little sluggish when the battery gets down a bit.

I bought an older model of this and it worked great but one drop and the button to turn it on and off broke. I'll try to fix it by opening it up and maybe replace the button or secure with glue but I notice the piece that would turn it on had completely broken off from the inside. It was just a little plastic piece held on by a little bit of solder. So I bought the newer one and it came in with a broken button. This is one of the best scanners I work with but one of the easiest on to break. Not worth the price. I hope they fix the button issue someday. Would buy again if they do

To set this product up, you need to scan bar codes in the manual. I have had a scanner similar to this before and it should be straight forward. During a setup, This scanner would give three error beeps on every code in the manual. I contacted the Chinese factory on What’s app and what did they do? They sent me the bar codes in the manual to scan! They then sent a QR code to scan for factory reset and that worked. Sent some other style of bar codes and they worked. But any time they sent me the type of bar codes in the manual they failed with 3 beeps. After an hour and a half of that I was done.

Scanner arrived and went stray to work. Easy set up to start. Worked well in warehouse I bought a second one.

Compact, well built. Too many glitches! Everyday about the same time the scanner won’t read correctly. Have to rescan barcode about 20 times and sometimes it still won’t scan correctly. Won’t buy this scanner again!

It is wonderfull But why the manual is in chinese language ?

Ormai assolutamente immancabili sia nel commercio che nell'industria, le pistole barcode, i lettori da banco e quelli palmarinascondono dietro la loro semplicità un valore tecnico non indifferente. Nello specifico lo scanner della Netum è molto pratico e maneggevole, ed inoltre realizzato da un’azienda specializzata nel settore, che dunque garantisce il suo funzionamento e la sua utilità. COM’E’ > viene spedito in una confezione in cartone che al suo interno, oltre lo scanner, contiene un cavetto tipo USB-C per ricaricarlo, un supporto adesivo da incollare il dispositivo al cellulare, un adesivo di riserva, un dongle USB, una clip retrattile, un laccetto da collo con gancetto e moschettone e un manuale d'uso (anche in italiano). Le dimensioni dell’accessorio sono molto contenute, comodo per adoperarlo comodamente applicandolo dietro il proprio smartphone. Questo per la precisione misura circa 9 cm di lunghezza, 6 di larghezza e solo 2 di spessore, con un peso complessivo di 55 gr. COME VA > una volta che la merce viene codificata con i codici a barre, lo scanner permette di svolgere in maniera estremamente semplice e automatizzata una serie di operazioni. Ad esempio: lettura automatizzata senza la digitazione manuale di codici; rapidità di esecuzione, fondamentale in contesti di vendita in cui transitano molti clienti; immediata emissione di scontrino o fattura; gestione ottimale della fase di carico e scarico della merce in magazzino; ecc. Come è evidente la lettura di codici a barre ha significativamente snellito un sistema che una volta era manuale. Il risultato non è solo la riduzione drastica dei tempi, ma anche il calo degli errori. Il prodotto in questione funziona alla perfezione, riesce a comunicare tutti i risultati suindicati in modo rapido e senza troppe difficoltà di natura tecnica. La batteria ha una discreta autonomia, ha una capacità di 1200 mAh e dura circa 8 ore, insomma se usata assiduamente ci si riesce a completare la giornata di lavoro. Sul lato sinistro trovo il tasto di accensione mentre sul lato destro trovo un piccolo pulsante per attivare la scansione e un altro, più grande, lo trovo al centro dello scanner in modo tale da poter scegliere quale mi viene più comodo usare. IN CONCLUSIONE > un prodotto valido, che viene offerto ad un prezzo alto ma in linea con la qualità dello scanner. Certo con un po' di ricerca può trovarsi sicuramente qualcosa di simile ad un prezzo inferiore, tuttavia il marchio è specializzato nel settore e questo è sintomo di qualità.
