These are soft, fabric headbands, THEY HAVE NO PLASTIC INSERT, They don't have interfacing. You will receive 3 (three) FOLDED headbands in your package One size fits most. Measures (approx.): 20" by 2.3" including the elastic band.(approx. 50 cm by 5 cm) Each headband has a matching elastic band sewn in the back, making sure it will stay in place (and most importantly) without giving you a headache.
